Available Job Opportunity: Human Resources, Senior Specialist

The Opportunity
The Senior Specialist, Human Resources supports key talent and employee experience initiatives across the organization. This position offers an opportunity to help shape the employee experience while gaining exposure to a broad range of talent and organizational development initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this newly created, full-time position supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that enhance the employee value proposition, attract and retain talent, and support organizational growth. Working across the employee lifecycle, the Senior Specialist contributes to initiatives focused on recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention, while partnering with leaders and employees to deliver effective HR programs and projects.
The position is based at our head office in Vaughan, Ontario. We offer a hybrid work arrangement that provides flexibility to work from home, with an expectation of being in the office two days per week, Monday through Friday. Travel requirements are local and expected to be occasional, as business needs require.
