Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary Support in Talent Acquisition activities to drive business success by attracting, selecting and retaining high performance employees. Job Description Job Responsibility: • Participate in the recruitment process for all levels of staffs including creating advertisement, scheduling interview, coordinating with hiring managers to finalize candidate selection. • Conduct new employee on-boarding process. • Administer various human resources policies and procedures, e.g., personal data form, leave record, etc. • Coordinate medical checkup program for employees. • Handle confidential information and maintain strict adherence to data privacy laws and regulations. • Prepare reports and correspondences related to HR programs. • Other assigned duties. Job Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in any fields. • At least 1 year of experience in human resource management or related field. • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP system. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Thai and English. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and attention to details. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
