Description:
Job Purpose
Support the Human Resources function by managing core HR processes, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services to enhance workforce productivity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Accountabilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle to attract, select, and onboard top talent aligned with organizational needs.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of training and development programs to build employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain and update HR records and systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable workplace.
Role Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferable: Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD Level 3 or above).
EXPERIENCE:
- Essential: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
- Preferable: Experience in HR generalist functions, including recruitment and employee relations.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Essential: Knowledge of HR operations, employment laws, and organizational policies.
- Preferable: Proficiency in HRIS systems and analytics tools.
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee engagement.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex situations.
- Adaptability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Competencies
