QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR support (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• HR certification a plus (SHRM/HRCI)
