Job Description 1、Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management:Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.). 2、Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner. 3、HR Strategy Alignment:Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. 4、Performance Management:Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance. Job Requirements 1、Education:Bachelor’s degree required. Work Experience:Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills. 3、HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred). 4、Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required. 5、Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools. 6、Language requirements: Applicants must be proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, and be able to communicate and coordinate effectively.
