• ResponsibilitiesDriving job evaluation and organisational design activity
• Leading complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish
• Supporting business change, restructures and culture initiatives
• Managing recruitment and talent acquisition projects
• Coaching managers and providing pragmatic HR advice
• Supporting employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working across both the UK and Ireland

• Required SkillsProven generalist HR experience within a fast-paced business environment
• Strong experience in job evaluation
• Confident managing complex ER cases independently
• Experience supporting organisational change and engagement programmes
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills

• Qualification and Experience CIPD qualified (or working towards Level 7 qualification) preferred
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
