The Director will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, support talent development, and ensure clear communication across departments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Thrissur and collaborating closely with local and global teams.
