We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Eavor GmbH team in Germany. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our international HR team based in Calgary, Canada, to deliver people-focused support and solutions across the business.
We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable HR professional with experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and people operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting our growing team and contributing to a high-performance, people-first culture as we advance innovative geothermal energy solutions around the world.

RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING

  • Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with the Calgary HR team
  • Manage job postings, candidate communication, interviews, and hiring documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workplace setup and documentation
  • Help maintain and update job descriptions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law, social insurance, and payroll processes
  • Experience with HR administration and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave, contracts, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS tools is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across global teams
  • Experience supporting or coordinating with external payroll providers or recruiters is a plus
