Human Resources Specialist at Elite Solutions Elite Solutions is looking for a skilled and passionate Human Resources Specialist to enhance our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring smooth processes in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. As a vital part of our team, you’ll foster a positive work culture while supporting our leaders and employees. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Assist with developing HR policies and ensure their proper implementation throughout the organization. Handle employee relations issues; provide guidance and support to both employees and management. Coordinate and support the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms. Organize training programs and development initiatives to strengthen employee skills and competencies. Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace regulations and labor policies. Maintain accurate employee records and assist in various HR reporting tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role. Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Adept at handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
