Position Summary: Party Reflections is looking for a dedicated HR professional to make a positive impact within our organization.  The Human Resources Specialist plays an integral role partnering with the Director of Human Resources providing employee support while driving organizational success through effective HR practices.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. * HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and employee files. Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed. Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned. * Employee Relations: Translate verbal and written communications to Spanish speaking employees and staff. * HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. * Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting with administration of performance evaluations. * Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Responsibilities
The HR Specialist partners with the Director of HR to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. They are also responsible for employee relations, including Spanish translation, and administering benefits and performance management processes.
