Overview Performs full life cycle of Federal Staffing functions applying OPM Qualifications Standards, CFR 5, 38, and 42, Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (29 CFR Part 1607), and other Federal-wide, Agency specific, and/or emergent rules and regulations. Responsibilities Develops and maintains client relationships. Provides support, coordination, and counsel to complete job analysis in alignment with hiring manager's needs. Conducts job analysis and qualifications assessments tools. Develops vacancy announcements and maintains accurate case files in automated staffing tool. Evaluates applicant qualifications; develops selection certificates. Adjudicates veteran’s preference and other hiring preferences and priorities, including CTAP/ICTAP and non-competitive eligibility. Assure regulatory compliance across talent acquisition processes. Codes Staffing portions of Personnel Actions/SF-52 equivalent documents. Prepares activity reports. Reviews work of peers and junior staff. including quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures. May serve as SME or Lead for Staffing actions and special projects, such as mass-hiring processes and procedures or unique hiring efforts such as multi-hurdled assessments. Develops and implements talent acquisition program process improvements. Utilize productivity management applications to track work, document processing efforts and outcomes, and communicate with customers throughout processing efforts. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Public Trust Clearance. One to ten years specialized experience performing Federal Staffing and Talent Acquisition duties and functions. On to three years' experience with automated staffing tools. Demonstrated experience solving Federal Staffing related issues. Ability to perform assigned work in both an automated and non-automated state. Desired Qualifications DEU Certification desired.
