Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the full onboarding process for salary new hires.
  • New hire data entry into UKG, process I-9 verification, and issue badge instructions/authorization document.
  • Revise the onboarding presentation for new hires (salary and hourly).
  • Assist salary members with any admin-related issues.
  • Ensure each new hire is registered into UKG biometric system.
  • Create and maintain all SOPs for HR Planning functions.
  • Assist with HR forecasting and improvement of various HR processes.
  • Assist with the development of new retention strategies.
  • Assist with HR GAL Reporting with Headquarters.
  • Assist with improvement of company policies.
  • Assist with recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Assist with posting vacant positions to internal and external job boards.
  • Assist with ensuring accuracy of department exempt/non-exempt job descriptions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years experience as Human Resources Assistant or Specialist.

Equipment:

  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
