Job Title: Human Resources Specialist IV Position Summary: Provides federal HR classification and advisory support. Rate:$50/HR Location: On-site 800 North Capitol Street, NW Washington, DC 20002 Key Responsibilities: * Develop and classify position descriptions * Conduct desk audits and organizational assessments * Provide HR advisory support to management * Ensure compliance with OPM standards * Support workforce design and restructuring efforts Skills & Competencies: * OPM classification standards * Workforce planning Systems & Tools: * USA Staffing * HRIS systems Communication: * Advises leadership on HR structures Education & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree (HR or related) * 3+ years federal HR experience
