We’re seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist with strong HRIS expertise who also enjoys the variety of generalist HR work. This role blends technical system management with hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years HR experience, including at least 1 year with HRIS administration strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in systems like Paylocity, Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar.
  • Strong Excel/reporting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and optimize the HRIS; ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Run and analyze HR reports and dashboards; provide insights to leadership.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues; coordinate with IT and vendors on solutions.
  • Train HR staff and employees on system use.
  • Support HR programs like benefits and compliance reporting
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, policy questions, and process guidance.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track completion records.
  • Prepare compliance reports (EEO, ACA, FMLA, etc.).
