Position Title: Human Resources Specialist
Position Location: Quantico VA
Description: Liberty is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Specialist to provide HR Operations and Workforce Development Support Services to our government client in the Quantico, VA area.
Responsibilities: The Human Resources Specialist will have experience and proficient skills in Position Classification, Quality reviews of position descriptions (PDs) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DCIPS and OPM guidelines, Workforce Development, Onboarding and Recruiting. Proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience
