We are a multinational company, with areas of expertise focused on Information Systems, namely in the development and implementation of business solutions based on Microsoft tools, with special emphasis on integrated management solutions (ERP’s).

THESE HARD SKILLS:

Degree in HR Management or similar.;
Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese;
Knowledge in Spanish is valued;
1 year of experience on hiring for IT companies valued;
Experience in a consulting environment is valued.

THESE SOFT SKILLS:

Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skillset;
Motivation to achieve individual and team goals;
Sense of responsibility and autonomy;
Entrepreneur and proactive;
Availability to travel (within and outside the country).

Responsibilities

Streamlining of Recruitment and Support in Administrative Tasks;
Health & Wellness Advocacy: Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding health, wellness, and employee support services, promoting a positive work environment;
Legal Compliance and HR Best Practices: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure the company’s HR practices are in compliance, including safety, benefits, and employee rights;
Support the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, guidelines and instructions in the respective human resources area and contribute to the development of human resources management systems;
Internship Application Management – Experience with IEFP internships is valued;
Cooperate with external suppliers who provide services in the field of personnel health and well-being;
Aid in planning, organizing and conducting the annual performance evaluation;
Perform various administrative tasks in the field of human resources (including classification, filing and recording of documents, maintenance of databases).
