Job Details Job Location: Holloman AFB - Holloman AFB, NM Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Responsibility Areas: Serves as a point of contact and business partner to employees and managers requiring policies, procedures, and general HR matters Administer HR Programs related to Onboarding, Benefits Administration & Open Enrollment, LOA, Recognition, Engagement, Professional Development and Training Assist hiring managers in recruitment processes to include job posting and advertising, interview, selection of talent, offer and disposition of candidates Conduct new hire orientations, initiate pre-employment processes to include, background checks, drug screens, physicals, travel and relocation, offboarding Respond internal and external request for information (UI/Employment verifications, WC and Disability) Initiate timely and accurate Paycom Personnel action forms related to hires/terms/promotions/pay adjustments/change in status and leave Liaise with internal and external partners to include benefits vends, workforce solutions, military, trade schools, intern and apprentice partners Assist in review of employment concerns and/or violation of policies and procedures. Respond employee and queries via the HR Shared Mailbox and email Ensure that Human resource files and records are accurate maintained in the Paycom HRIS Additional HR Duties as assigned Competencies: A high level of confidentiality A strong understanding of HR procedures and standards Ethics and integrity Interpersonal and communication skills Tact and diplomacy Willingness to learn Organization Problem Solving Skills and Knowledge: Must have above average communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high attention to detail.
