Description

HR/PAYROLL SPECIALIST

We are looking for a positive and energetic HR/Payroll Associate with a dedicated sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Duties include a variety of administrative responsibilities as well as special projects and providing support for a wide range of inquiries and unique needs The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail and resilience and flexibility when managing the day-to-day tasks needed to support our commitment to the team. If you have a solid understanding of HR and payroll processes and a commitment to excellent internal customer service, we would love to meet you!

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience and a solid understanding of HR and Payroll practices (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
  • Assist with tracking employee training on onboarding.
  • The ability to manage requests, route correspondence, and complete tasks, and continuously improve HRS utilization.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast past environment, multi-task and prioritize daily workload while working with tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Service-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to use those skills to relay essential information in an effective and understandable way.
  • Assist all levels of management with employee relations.
  • Work with benefit representatives, HRS representatives, and company leadership daily.
  • Assist all levels of management with Human Resources functions including: complaints, investigations, time card management, HR reporting, other HR duties as assigned.
  • General understanding of corporate benefits and management.
