Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits programs and conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Supervise HR team members to ensure efficient operations in areas such as payroll, training & development, and performance management.
  • Design organizational structures that support strategic planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Utilize HRIS systems (such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM) for data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve processes within the HR department.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align human capital management strategies with business objectives.
