We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and be well-versed in employment and labor law. This role is essential in supporting our organization’s HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in human resources management or related administrative roles.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law, HR sourcing strategies, and benefits administration practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong independent problem-solving skills.
• (Bilingual in English / Chinese) is a plus.

  Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
