Job Summary: The Human Resources Specialist in Talent Services is responsible for managing and executing pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Job Responsibilities: PRE-BOARDING COORDINATION Prepare and issue employment contracts. Manage end-to-end pre-boarding processes for new hires, including document collection, verification, background check activation and work pass applications. Manage vendor for work pass applications and onboarding travel coordination. Ensure all required documents are collected and stored securely. Act as liaison between new hires, recruiters and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution. EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE SUPPORT Manage HR administrative tasks related to onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfer and promotions. Manage orientation logistic. DATA MANAGEMENT Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure timely updates. Generate reports for statutory reporting and analytic purposes. Ensure adherence to data privacy and labour law requirements. Support benefit administration including enrolment, claims and queries. Ensure compliance with data privacy and labour law requirements. EMPLOYEE SUPPORT & CASE MANAGEMENT Act as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery. Support HR transformation initiatives and system implementation. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & REPORTING Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance pre-boarding experience. Generate reports and metrics to monitor process efficiency and employee satisfaction. Qualifications: At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in centralized team Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
