In a nutshell The HR Specialist is responsible for leading all HR activities within Toyota Logistics Services Ireland and supporting HR projects. The role includes developing HR strategies, managing employee and union relations, overseeing communications and engagement, handling individual HR cases, coordinating member development, and managing payroll and benefits. The position requires strong experience in Irish employment law, union interaction, and HR project leadership, with clear communication skills in English. For after-sales activities, we have an extensive supply chain to organise and support service parts and components. The Service Parts Supply Chain Group operates 18 central distribution warehouses throughout Europe. Using a hub & spoke distribution method, they ship thousands of components and accessories every day to over 3300 retailers throughout Europe and affiliates across the globe. Your team and your responsibilities Team/division description Toyota Logistics Services Ireland supplies parts to dealers across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Parts are received from our warehouse in Belgium and binned, picked and shipped daily. The team onsite includes operators, supervision and office staff. TLSIE is part of a wider group of 13 depots which also includes HR Specialists in 6 other locations. You will work to lead HR within the Irish Depot and work with the wider HR team to coordinate HR projects across the European network. Your responsibilities Work with the RDO HR team to develop HR plans for RDO Lead Pan European HR projects, supporting deployment in all depots Developing an HR strategy for the Irish depot Leading employee relations within the Irish depot, including union relations and base salary review Lead communications and engagement activity within the depot Lead individual case handling and support member issues Coordinate the development of members within the depot Lead any other HR related projects Coordination of payroll and benefits Your Profile You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) You have significant experience in Irish employment law and practices You have experience working with unions You have experience leading HR projects and activity You can communicate clearly with both members and management We offer We offer a dynamic multicultural work environment with broad opportunities to learn every day and exciting career pathways that help you explore different disciplines or areas of expertise.
