The successful candidate will focus primarily on recruitment projects for Schengen countries and manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates

• Building and maintaining a strong international candidate network

• Developing effective sourcing channels for different markets and positions

• Coordinating interviews and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process

• Working closely with our internal team on new recruitment projects

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment experience within Schengen markets

• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience

• An established candidate-sourcing network

• Fluent English

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
