Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations to ensure a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR policies, managing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing strategies to enhance workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align business goals with human resources objectives effectively.


Qualifications


  • Expertise in recruitment processes, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and performance management systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to build positive workplace relationships
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or CHRP are a plus)
  • Previous HR experience in a multicultural and diverse workforce environment
  • Familiarity with HR software and data-driven decision-making is an advantage
