SUMMARY:
The Sr. Learning Technology Specialist provides day-to-day administration, maintenance and analysis of learning technologies including learning management system (LMS) and experience platforms. Will lead multiple complex projects related to learning technology and collaborate with stakeholders to accomplish project goals and objectives. May, on occasion, facilitate learning events related to learning technology. Collaborates with unit/division leadership to understand business goals, objectives and challenges, and has a deep knowledge of all components, features and functions of the LMS. Consults internally to recommend learning technology solutions, well-coordinated logistics and configures reporting to inform critical decisions. Stays abreast of industry standards and best practice to enable continuous innovation in learning technology in support of organizational initiatives and goals.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years LMS administrative duties required
- Strong track record of successfully managing learning technology and learning consultation engagements in complex organizations
EDUCATION
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
