Working in a complex and fast-paced environment, TMX Group’s Human Resources department is a high-performing well-respected team responsible for providing TMX Group and its subsidiaries with the full suite of Human Resources services. Our team is primarily based in Toronto, Montreal and London UK. Guided by our shared values, we thrive in an environment where collaboration and out of the box thinking is valued.
In this role, you will champion an outstanding candidate and employee experience. You will guide candidates through the interview process and provide internal support to Talent Acquisition Partners. In addition to coordination tasks, you will partner directly with HR Leaders to build and drive key initiatives around employer brand, campus recruiting, new hire onboarding, talent programs, and many other exciting projects.
