HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Human Resources Professional that will lead our HR team.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience in an HR role including Recruitment, WCB Management, Workforce Relations, and Performance Management
· Process driven with ability to develop Systems to Ensure Consistency and Efficiency
· Self-motivated with Strong Organizational skills, ability to Multi-task and Work Effectively in a Constantly Changing Environment
· Proven Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills
· Ability to Prioritize and work under Pressure to meet Deadlines
· Ability to work Independently
· Strong Technology skills, with the ability to understand and implement an HR Program to Streamline Processes
· Experience working with Unions and Collective agreements an asset
· Relevant post-secondary education and CHRP designation an asset
· Implement HR processes utilizing the systems available to maximize Effectiveness and Efficiency
· Coach and Train site management regarding HR Processes and provide HR support in Non-Union and Unionized environments, as appropriate
· Streamline Recruitment Practices while being ‘Hands-on’ with the Hiring Process
· Support management in addressing and resolving personnel issues
· Develop and Oversee an effective WCB Claim Management Process
· Adherence to the Collective Agreements for 3 separate agreements
· Administration of the established Health and Safety Program and Corresponding Documentation
