Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities. Screen resumes and schedule interviews with department heads. Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding. Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.   2. Employee Relations Support HR Manager in maintaining positive employee relations. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary actions.   3. HR Administration Maintain employee files and HR documentation. Update employee database and HRMIS records. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.   4. Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor employee attendance and leave records. Assist payroll team by providing attendance and employee data. Maintain overtime and shift records.   5. Training & Development Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities. Support performance appraisal processes.   6. Compliance & Documentation Ensure employee documents such as ID proof, medical records, and statutory forms are updated. Assist in audits and compliance checks. Maintain statutory records as per labor laws.   7. Employee Engagement Assist in organizing employee events, celebrations, and CSR activities. Support initiatives related to employee well-being and motivation.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.   Experience 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role, preferably in hospitality or service industry.   Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws Recruitment and employee relations management Organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Responsibilities
