Description Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Support Specialist to join our HR team. This position plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations through administrative and technical assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to a smooth and efficient HR function. This role would be located at our Keene, NH office. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Schedule interviews, employee onboarding sessions, training, and internal meetings. Track employee training completions, certifications, and other HR compliance requirements. Assist with maintaining accurate employee records, files, and HR databases. Respond to and process employment verification requests. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Help coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs. Prepare routine reports and HR communications as needed. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR information. Perform other clerical and support duties as assigned. Requirements Education beyond High School related to Human Resource Management or Business Management; One (1) year of experience performing Human Resources activities, preferably in a health care; Or a combination of education and experience that is determined to be equivalent to the above requirements; Eligibility to become a New Hampshire Notary Public; Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile during working hours that meet the State of New Hampshire registration regulations and auto liability insurance; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, SharePoint).
