The Human Resources/Talent Retention Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations in alignment with Mile High Behavioral Healthcare’s mission and vision. The HR manager is responsible for payroll, talent and retention, HR policies, legal compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems that support a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
