They will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the HR team members on a daily basis. This position entails carrying out tactical execution of strategies and plans on HR initiatives. What You'll Do: Assist the Human Resources management team in completing all Human Resources information relevant to the goals and vision of the organization Coach and develop members of the Human Resources team Maintain Human Resources Ticketing platform and ensure targets are achieved Assist in handling any employee legal matters or legal related transactions Maintain all performance related activity of the team Work with members of the management team to ensure alignment of all disciplinary, coaching and termination requests Create HR team training material in line with requirements Ensure Business Management related items are in line with process and make recommendations for improvement Assist with completion of client related audits or requested information Assist in the creation and implementation of company related policies Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees Other duties as assigned Why Join Us?
