  JOB TITLE: Human Resources Team Member  REPORTS TO:  Human Resources Management  DEPARTMENT: Human Resources  PAY RATE: $20.25 per hour  JOB SUMMARY: Oversee and assist in all areas of operation within the Human Resources Department.    ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS:  May 31, 2026 ANTICIPATED FILL DATE:  June 4, 2026 SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Provide support throughout the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing employee support.  * Assist with scheduling, conducting, and coordinating interviews with various departments.  * Guide employees through the onboarding process, ensuring all forms and documentation are accurate and complete.  * Support payroll processes, timecard auditing, and ensure compliance with company policies.  * Perform clerical duties including filing, answering phones, copying, faxing, and data entry.  * Maintain uniform inventory, issue uniforms/badges, and track all items distributed.  * Respond to employee inquiries, provide policy clarification, and escalate issues as needed.  * Ensure HR office and lobby area remain clean, organized, and professional.  * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.  * Assist with planning and execution of employee events and recognition activities.  * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing documents.  * Uphold grooming, appearance, and uniform standards by counseling employees as needed.  * Other duties as assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS:  * Must be at least 18 years of age.  * Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.  * Exceptional customer service skills; able to remain calm under pressure.  * Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.  * Comfortable speaking in front of large groups when leading orientation or training.  * High school diploma or equivalent preferred; front office experience helpful.  * Must be able to work holidays and weekends.  * Available for evening shifts during employee events.  * Strong attention to detail.  * Ability to maintain confidentiality.  * Must be able to work independently at times.  * May be required to work in various weather conditions.  * All jobs offer contingent on background checks.  PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires manual and bi‑manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech.  * Requires standing for long periods—up to 8 hours.  * Requires sitting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.  * Requires walking, reaching above shoulders, pushing, and pulling.  * Requires climbing ladders and stairs regularly.  * Requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.  * Requires occasional carrying up to 100 pounds with a two‑wheel hand truck.  BENEFITS:  * Paid sick leave  * Free entry to the park while off duty  * Free tickets for friends and family  * Discounted tickets and season passes  * Employee exclusive events  * Employee recognition program
