JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position to provide technical and administrative support to Human Resource office in various areas including transactions, recruitment, interview scheduling, pre-employment checks/references, onboarding and benefits. Provide administrative assistance to Business Office including serving as back-up receptionist.
This position is located in Willmar or Marshall and may have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.
