This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is curious about HR, enjoys working with people, and wants hands-on experience in a professional and international environment. Your Role As an HR Trainee, you will support daily HR operations and contribute to a variety of activities related to HR administration, employee support, and HR development. Your role will offer exposure to real HR processes and give you the chance to make meaningful contributions. Your responsibilities will include: HR operations: Assist in the daily rhythm of HR processes and people management activities HR systems & data: Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting Policy & guidelines: Help develop and update HR policies, guidelines, and internal materials Communications: Contribute to employer branding, HR communications, and internal channels, including intranet content Projects & initiatives: Participate in HR projects and People & Culture initiatives Employee support: Act as a go-to support person for everyday HR-related questions What Will Help You Succeed Education: Student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field Interest in HR: Curious and motivated to learn about people, working life, and HR topics Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to streamline processes Mindset: Proactive, positive, and confident in asking questions Confidentiality: Understands the importance of trust and discretion Language skills: Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus but not required Technical skills: Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel What We Offer At Evac, you’ll join a friendly and inclusive HR team where your contribution matters.
