Job Description We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Human Resources department (this position is a professional internship and will be remunerated via IEFP). What will you do? As an HR Trainee, you will support several key areas of the Human Resources department, including: Recruitment and Selection (CV screening, interview scheduling, support in group dynamics and individual interviews) Administrative Support (HR processes, daily support in the department’s administrative processes, document handling, onboarding/offboarding organization, employee data updates) Training and Development (support with training logistics) Internal Communication (support in corporate events and internal initiatives) Qualifications QNQ – Level 4 – High school diploma obtained through dual certification courses, or high school diploma + professional internship (minimum 6 months), preferably with training in Human Resources or similar areas.
