Works with RHA recruiters and local operations leadership to source candidates and work towards an ideal candidate experience through the hiring experience. This includes interviews, technical support, communication and other employee relations to build the ideal candidate experience. Administrative functions for a region including: coordinating the new employee orientation process, maintaining employee records, conducting training, assisting with employee relations/communication and performing administrative functions as needed. Supervises and delivers various personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, communication, job changes, and file/records management. This position also works closely with staff who coordinate training and credentialing for required staff. Assists with determining the appropriate staffing level for the unit, assigns duties as needed to other administrative staff, ensures all employees are paid appropriately and in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Language- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and speak in front of a group, respond to questions from employees, people supported, government officials and the general public.
Mathematical (Professional)-Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Fundamentals of math such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions and reading charts and graphs as applicable to practical situations. Ability to read financial statements, apply basic financial ratios and reasoning to interpret and project conditions.
Reasoning (Professional)-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, diagrams and deal with several abstract and concrete variables at the same time.
Essential Physical and Sensory Requirements-With or without the aid of mechanical devices
Light - Regularly required to lift 10 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. Must be able to pull minimum of 10 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Required to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Must be able to talk and hear.
