People Business Partner Comp & Reward | Leadership | Growth-focus We’re looking for a hands-on and business-savvy People Business Partner who wants to be where the business happens — on the floor, in the markets, coaching leaders and turning insights into action. This is a visible, commercially sharp partner role across multiple European markets. You’ll work closely with leaders, travel to our offices, and play a key role in shaping performance, compensation practices, and scalable growth. You are present. You observe. And most importantly – turn feedback and insights into clear action plans and measurable improvements. As part of our centralized HR team, you are also ready to jump in and support broader HR initiatives when needed. What you’ll drive Compensation & Performance Management Take ownership and initiatives of compensation models, ensuring alignment of business objectives and growth targets Monitor performance across business functions and proactively identify actions to improve results Business Partnering Maintain strong presence to understand operational realities Partner closely with leaders across European markets to drive targeted performance improvements Lead processes such as annual employee feedback surveys, team health assessments, and performance reviews – translating insights into concrete, measurable actions and driving these actions to make impact.
