MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read and write English sufficient to understand/follow directions and to maintain records/documentation.
  • Human relations skills sufficient to establish rapport with and provide direction to service recipients.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Human Services Technicians play a key role in delivering quality patient care. In this position, you will:

  • Facilitate admission and discharge procedures for patients at the CBHH to ensure an optimum level of health and comfort.
  • Provide compassionate physical and mental health care to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
  • Maintain a clean and therapeutic environment, which may include performing housekeeping tasks.
  • Participate as a member of the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain a hazard-free environment by following safety standards and responding to emergency situations.
  • Assist with the collection of monitoring and evaluation data to continuously maintain and improve patient care services.
  • Participate in training and quality improvement activities so that the best possible care is provided to patients
