  The HAS Technical Assistant supports the delivery of humanitarian access, safety, and security functions across East Jerusalem and the West Bank Area Office. Working closely with the HAS Technical Officer and Coordinator, the role contributes to implementing NRC’s HAS policies, procedures, and plans, while supporting staff movements, programme implementation, and safety briefings. This position involves regular field presence to help ensure safe, secure, and principled operations, including tracking staff movements, supporting trainings, and upholding NRC’s duty of care. The HAS Technical Assistant reports directly to the HAS Coordinator.
