In this role, you will provide support to Intelligence Operations by serving as a mission integrator and operational enabler in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The desk officer serves as a central point of coordination for intelligence operations for the AOR. They are responsible for managing collection priorities, operational requirements, and mission support activities. They must maintain continuous situational awareness of global events, mission progress, and operational posture. The Desk Officer will produce, review, and disseminate operational information and reports to inform leadership and field elements as well as communicate with stakeholders across interagency, military, and allied intelligence communities. The ideal candidate is passionate, resourceful, and eager to make an impact while upholding Morgan 6's core values. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the focal point for coordination and integration of intelligence operations across the AOR. Manage collection priorities, mission support activities, and operational requirements. Maintain continuous situational awareness of global events and the operational environment. Produce, review, and disseminate operational reports and information to leadership and stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate with interagency, military, and allied intelligence communities. Monitor and safeguard data in compliance with physical security, operational security, and classification requirements (e.g., EO 12333, CCR 380-1, DoD Manual 5240.01, AR 380-5). Contribute to the development and review of a full range of intelligence products including: Counterintelligence Reviews Damage Assessments Production Reviews Lead Generation Packets Intelligence Support Packets Targeting Packets Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of operational and intelligence reporting. Utilize information databases such as CHROME, CRATE, and GCOMS in daily operations. Support HUMINT operations through advanced analysis and methodology, including HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, and Human Terrain Analysis. Apply expert knowledge of HUMINT doctrine, theory, and operational systems. Use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat to support operational needs. Requirements Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with 5 years of specialized experience in a related field. Advanced experience using databases including CHROME, CRATE, GCOMS, and others. Strong expertise in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT targeting, and analytical methodologies. In-depth knowledge of HUMINT theory, operational policies, and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with applicable security directives and classification protocols. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Competitive Compensation & Benefits Compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set. For positions based in California, Colorado, D.C., Maryland, New York, or Washington, the salary range is $80,000 – $100,000 (if annualized).
