Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. This role involves providing excellent customer service to Hungarian-speaking clients while enjoying the benefits of working in a vibrant and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed. Keep updated on company developments, policies, and product knowledge. Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance. Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team.
