In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Hungarian-speaking clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. Responsibilities Assist Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our offerings. Offer personalized support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain effective communication and provide feedback. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Stay updated on product features and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly within a fast-paced environment, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
