Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Hungarian Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team supporting Riot Games from Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a unique opportunity for Hungarian speakers passionate about gaming to work in an international environment, providing excellent player support and ensuring a smooth gaming experience for the community. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality email support to Hungarian-speaking players regarding Riot Games accounts and related inquiries. Assist players with account management, technical issues, and gameplay questions efficiently and professionally. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex player issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions to improve support processes. Stay informed about game updates, features, and community trends to deliver knowledgeable assistance. Ensure all player communications reflect empathy, professionalism, and a player-first mindset. Native or fluent proficiency in Hungarian (written and spoken) and strong English skills are required. Experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry. A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games titles is highly beneficial. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and helpful responses. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple player inquiries simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency. Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria, with potential support for relocation.
