We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about travel and enjoy providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will assist Hungarian-speaking clients with their travel arrangements, ensuring they receive the best possible support throughout their journeys. Key Responsibilities Assist Hungarian-speaking clients with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information. Manage the booking process, including modifications and cancellations, while ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Offer travel recommendations tailored to client preferences and assist in creating memorable travel experiences. Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, aiming for resolution and client satisfaction. Document and maintain client interactions and support requests in our internal system. Stay updated on the latest travel trends and company offerings to deliver expert advice. Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, travel support, or a related role is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of service under pressure. Experience with travel booking systems and CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses covered. A friendly, proactive attitude with a passion for helping others with their travel needs.
