We are looking for an aspiring sales associate that wants to grow with a company! You will be the first fully dedicated sales person. This means you will be taught everything there is to know by the owners. We want someone that everyone at the company gets along with and is excited to interact with. Culture fit is key for meshing well with any company. Plus offering a great customer experience for the customers is a must!
We are not some huge global cooperation that will treat you like an easy to replace cog in a machine. We want to nurture someone to excel over time as the company grows and you can evolve to take on higher roles in the company.
We need someone comfortable on the phone and computer to pre-qualify leads. We supply leads for B2C sales. We pre-qualify to help protect your time so you are not driving to any and all leads homes (just to realize it is not a good fit).
We need someone comfortable with technology for measuring and quoting projects. We utilize digital measuring tools (we will train you on this).
We need someone who has some experience with B2B sales to help us expand into new markets.
If you are only interested in having a call list in front of you (with no critical thinking involved) then this may not be the position for you.

PS. Having a flexible schedule to meet customers timelines for in person quotes is important (within reason, obviously no 8pm quotes will happen). Experience selling higher ticket sales is important ($5,500-$30,000).
