Your Role: As our Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Educators
  • Drive the planning and delivery of a rich, inclusive curriculum in line with the EYLF and NQS
  • Ensure learning documentation is visible, high quality, and accessible to families
  • Create a secure, stimulating, and engaging environment for children to thrive
  • Uphold high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Centre Director to maintain and exceed centre goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Minimum of one year Room Leader experience.
  • Full-Time Australian Working Rights
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current approved First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
  • Confident use of digital platforms and documentation tools
