Dans le cadre de l’expansion de nos activités, nous recherchons un contrôleur financier hautement technique et axé sur la croissance, possédant une solide expérience en comptabilité et en gestion financière, afin de soutenir et de faire évoluer notre infrastructure financière.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Titre de CPA préféré (CPA, CA, CMA ou CGA).
• Plus de 5 ans d’expérience progressive en comptabilité ou en finance, de préférence dans un environnement numérique/médiatique, une agence ou une entreprise technologique.
• Solides connaissances de l’ASPE, de la conformité fiscale et des PCGR.
• Expérience des systèmes ERP/comptables (par exemple, QuickBooks, NetSuite,

Sage, etc.).

• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, modélisation, etc.) ; solides compétences en Word et PowerPoint.
• Esprit proactif, analytique et orienté vers les solutions.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles et communicationnelles.
• Bilinguisme (français/anglais) un atout.
• Esprit d’entreprise et ambition d’évoluer vers un poste de direction au sein de l’entreprise.
• Connaissance du logiciel Multiview un atout.

As we scale our operations, we are seeking a highly technical and growth-oriented Financial Controller with a strong background in accounting and financial management to support and evolve our financial infrastructure.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Financial Controller with a CPA designation and a proven track record of overseeing complex accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to implement robust internal controls and financial strategies. This role offers significant opportunities for career growth within Rank Media’s expanding corporate structure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA designation preferred (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a digital/media, agency, or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, tax compliance, and GAAP.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling, etc.); strong Word & PowerPoint skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ambition to grow into a senior leadership role within the company.
• Knowledge of Multiview software is an asset.
