DESCRIPTION:

You will be required to conduct the safe execution of scheduled maintenance and repair to a range of large-scale mining equipment supporting Fortescue’s mining operations. You will be responsible for conducting repairs and inspections on mining fleet with particular focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant Australian-recognised trade certificate.
• HV switching ticket
• Previous experience working in Mining.
• Mobile plant experience is essential. Electric HME experience and exposure are desirable.
• High regard for safety
• Heavy Rigid Driver’s License (desired)

• Maintenance of large-Scale Mobile Mining Equipment.
• Willingness to learn new disciplines and skills to ensure the incoming Green Fleet transition has a Maintenance team with Never Ever Give Up attitude and capability to grow with innovative technology.
• Diagnostics & fault finding.
• Workshop and pit duties as required.
• Work in conjunction with all mobile maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance.
