What We Offer We’re seeking an experienced and proactive High Voltage Electrician to support day-to-day electrical maintenance and statutory compliance across a busy mining operation. This role is critical in ensuring the safe operation of HV infrastructure, reducing downtime, and supporting a strong site safety culture. Immediate start Permanent full-time role 8 & 6 Family friendly roster Company provided travel (ex Perth) BIBO or if your local DIDO A work environment where safety is always the number one priority Ability to Salary Sacrifice into your Super Excellent camp accommodation Employee Referral Program Mental Health Support About The Position Working an 8&6 roster and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the maintenance department by ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to: Perform HV switching, isolations, and testing in line with site procedures and WA Mines Regulations Conduct maintenance, inspections, and fault-finding on HV and LV equipment, including substations, switch rooms, fixed plant and mobile equipment Assist with planning and execution of shutdowns, HV audits, and statutory compliance tasks Maintain accurate records, permits, and electrical documentation Support safe production by working closely with Maintenance, Operations and HSET Participate in site safety initiatives, risk assessments and toolbox meetings What You Will Bring WA Electrical Licence High Voltage Switching Ticket (mandatory) Experience in mining, heavy industry, or power generation Strong understanding of WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 Ability to work independently and within a small, high-performing team Valid driver’s licence Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and communication We are selecting our team members right now, so don’t let this be a missed opportunity to be part of Terra’s success story.
