As our HVAC / AC Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our facilities operating at peak performance. Your day will include: Maintaining, repairing, and servicing HVAC/AC systems across the hotel Diagnosing issues and performing corrective actions to ensure optimal performance Supporting general maintenance tasks including minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work Ensuring all assigned areas are safe, clean, and compliant with hotel standards Following the preventative maintenance schedule and identifying opportunities for improvement Updating supervisors or the Duty Manager on maintenance needs and stock levels Providing support to the Engineering team as needed, especially during peak operations What We Need from You Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC/AC maintenance or related repair work Technical or vocational training in refrigeration, air-conditioning, or mechanical systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems, and reporting tools such as HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, or Inncom Strong understanding of HVAC systems, hand tools, basic plumbing, electrics, and preventative maintenance procedures CPO certification (preferred) if the property includes a pool Good physical fitness – role involves standing, bending, lifting, and kneeling Ability to meet local legal requirements regarding safety and operations Warm, approachable communication style and a commitment to delivering great service What You Can Expect from Us We make sure our colleagues have everything they need to succeed.
